To Be Foliaged or Foiled

Autumn’s resplendency shouts of portals to heaven. With each day’s subtle color nudges,

we are left to either say, “It’s a shame it’s getting duller and I miss the peak days” or “I love the softer hues of today.”

The fall beckons us not to regretfully look at past times with a longing because the "color" of this very moment will soon be one of those times we wish we had back.

PORTAL TO HEAVEN: Autumn reminds us that each day, and even each moment (bottom two photos are of the same day, a few minutes apart), has a color of its own and developing a thankfulness for every unique twenty-four hours (or 24 minutes for that matter) could make us the foliage of someone else’s day.

This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it...I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances... Psalm 118:24 NKJV, Philippians 4:11 NIV
